The Creative Bloom Practice
Nurture Your Creativity. Grow Into Your Authentic Self.
Already know your Creative Bloom is happening?Go straight to Creativity Sessions

A dormant tulip bulb doesn’t appear to exist to the naked eye, but it’s there. The tulip is waiting for just the right moment; when the earth, sun, soil and bulb use their combined energy to create something that you possibly didn’t even know existed.
The flow of your Creative Bloom is entirely your own.
There is no one way to bloom, and there is no timeline you have to follow. What helps one person bloom may be completely different from what another person needs. Your Creative Bloom is shaped by your experiences, your desires, your values, your curiosity, and the things that make you feel most alive.

WHAT IS CREATIVE BLOOM?
Creative Bloom is a way of reconnecting with yourself through creativity.
It isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about uncovering and nurturing the parts of yourself that may have gone dormant along the way.
We are often given an outline for how our lives are supposed to look. We’re told what success should mean, what we should want, what we should prioritize, and sometimes even who we should become. But that outline doesn’t always leave room for our most honest wants and desires.
You can follow the outline and still feel like something is missing.
You can have a life that looks good on paper and still wonder, Is this really what I want?
Creative Bloom begins when you make space to ask yourself those questions.
CREATIVITY IS THE PATHWAY
Creativity is not about the finished piece.
It’s about what happens when you give yourself permission to explore.
Maybe you want to paint, write, take photographs, make pottery, dance, cook, garden, build something, rearrange a room, learn an instrument, or try something you’ve never done before.
You don’t have to call yourself an artist.
You don’t have to be “good” at it.
You don’t even have to know why you’re drawn to it.
The creative process gives you an opportunity to pay attention.

WHAT ARE YOU CURIOUS ABOUT?
WHAT BRINGS YOU JOY?
WHAT KEEPS COMING BACK TO YOU?
WHAT DO YOU WANT WHEN NOBODY ELSE IS TELLING YOU WHAT YOU SHOULD WANT?
WHAT PARTS OF YOURSELF HAVE YOU BEEN PUTTING ASIDE?
WHAT BEGINS TO BLOOM?
When you prioritize your creative identity, creativity becomes a way to discover more about yourself.
- 01 /DESIRES
- What do I actually want?
- 02 /VALUES
- What matters to me?
- 03 /VOICE
- What do I have to say, and how do I want to express it?
- 04 /JOY
- What makes me feel alive?
- 05 /PURPOSE
- What feels meaningful to me?
- 06 /AUTHENTICITY
- What feels true to who I am?

WHAT THIS IS REALLY ABOUT
Your job isn’t to force the Bloom.
It’s to create the conditions that allow it to happen.

These discoveries are yours to uncover.
THIS IS CREATIVE BLOOM.
- A creative practice.
- A way of listening to yourself.
- A challenge to the beliefs that keep you small.
- A process of discovering your desires, values, voice, joy, purpose and authenticity.
- A way of reconnecting with the person you’ve always been beneath everything you’ve been told you should be.
Creative Bloom is the process of discovering what is already within you and consciously creating the conditions for it to grow.
THE GOAL ISN’T SIMPLY TO MAKE MORE ART.
It’s to create a life that feels more like your own. The discoveries you make don’t stay inside your creative practice.
They begin to influence the way you make decisions, the opportunities you pursue, the boundaries you set, the relationships you build, and the life you create.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO CONSIDER YOURSELF AN ARTIST.
Being an artist has nothing to do with selling or showing art.
Your creative identity isn’t determined by your job, your skill level, or whether anyone else ever sees what you make.
Creativity is a way of expressing, exploring, and understanding yourself.
The art is the pathway.
You are the discovery.
THE CREATIVE BLOOM PROCESS
Creative Bloom is about creating the conditions for your own growth.
01 /PAY ATTENTION
Begin noticing the ideas, curiosities, desires, dreams, and creative impulses that keep resurfacing.
02 /EXPLORE
Give yourself space to follow them and see where they lead.
03 /QUESTION
Examine the beliefs and expectations that tell you who you’re supposed to be.
04 /CHALLENGE
Challenge the Inner Monologue that tells you you’re too busy, too old, too inexperienced, too impractical, or simply not allowed to want more.
05 /EXPERIMENT
Make space for experimentation instead of perfection.
06 /DISCOVER
Through the process, begin building a relationship with yourself that is more honest, curious, trusting, and alive.
Creative Bloom isn’t a formula for becoming a particular version of yourself.
It’s a framework for discovering your version.
THERE IS NO PERFECT WAY TO BLOOM.
Your Creative Bloom may not look like anyone else’s.
It may change throughout your life.
Sometimes you’ll feel like you’re growing quickly. Sometimes you’ll feel dormant. Sometimes you may not even realize something is taking root.
That’s okay.
A tulip doesn’t bloom because someone tells it exactly when or how to open.
It blooms when given the space, time, and conditions to become what it already is.
